Advocate against poverty and violence in Chicago

Have a say in who represents you on the local, state, and national level by voting. Voting is one way to hold elected officials representing you in government accountable to your best interests and the interests of your community. You can also attend public meetings, write and call your state representatives, or get to know your alderman.

Think about what matters to you and play an active role in how decisions are made that affect your community.
